For the common plastic arm chair mould making, we use good quality steel material P20, 718H, H13,DIN1.2738 etc. for the whole set mould. The plastic raw material is PP, we could add 15-30% Glass fibre to increase the chair product strength. In the same chair mould, we could make several different insert interchangeable for the chair back rest, seat location and with or without arm design. With this kind of insert interchangeable design, we could produce many different chairs in the same mould, which could reduce mould cost and it is convenient to change the insert directly when the mould is on the machine.
Usually the plastic arm
chair mould require to use the injection molding machine size above DKM650,consider the mould size and machine open stroke. We could supply fully automatic chair production line, one way is use robot to collect the plastic chair product, the other way is we assemble the chair mould opposite to the machine, after ejection the chair part could fall down freely.
