Plastic part and mould design dept have a professional team with more than 30people, with the help of Pro-E, UG, Solidworks and Auto CAD we could provide our customer with all details in the design of each mould. We could make new design according to original sample, 2D&3D drawing and customer concept, before mould making, we do moldflow analyzing for the injection pressure, filling, melting and so on, especially useful for the new designed and irregular products.

We have dimension record after each tooling step, if any insert out of dimension, we could make new insert properly, that is better for the mould quality and delivery time control.
