Plastic cap production line

We could make multi-cavity cap moulds according to customer quantity requirement. For example, if customer want to realize the production capacity as 20,000pcs per hour, we use high speed injection molding machine, the cycle time could get 8s per cycle, according to this cycle time, we designed with 48cavity cap mould, choose suitable injection molding machine size DKM300HH, and water chiller, autoloader, mixer, crusher is necessary for this cap production line, with the above information, we could pass the factory cap production line cost with new workshop design to our customer.

For the cap injection molding machine, according to the cap production capacity, we have different machine type suggestion, if customer is new in the cap molding industry, and the quantity requirement is not so big at the beginning, we suggest use common type servo power saving injection molding machine. If customer research the market and requirement is stable with big amount, we would suggest high speed injection molding machine to get high efficiency production.
