For the bumper mould, we make the bumper moulds for the customers from Iran, Brazil, France, Turkey, Portugal, etc. Usually we use the &718H steel material made in China for the cavity side, P20 for the core side.If the mould is supplied to OEM project, it requires to use better steel material like DIN1.2738. For the injection gate, we could use valve gate hot runner system, direct cone hot runner system, Sequence valve gate hot runner system  and others types runners according to customer requirement. We do mold flow analyzing before project proceed in order to make sure the injection gate location is right to get qualified bumper products. With optimized cooling system, the big bumper mould could run in good condition and high efficiency production.

As a group company, we have the sister company for Dakumar injection molding machine manufacturing, we could supply the machine size from DKM50ton to DKM4000ton.
