Plastic pallet molding machine

 For the pallet mold manufacturing, we are experienced for heavy loading plastic pallet mould with double decked flat design. Consider the pallet mould is big and high invest cost, we could use insert interchangeable design to get several pallet design on the same pallet mould. Usually the double-face pallet mould need to use 20-24tips hot runner in order to let the pallet molding line production easier and faster. All the cooling system of the mould is optimized design, with ice water for cooling, the pallet mould could run within 120s cycle time.

For the pallet mould, according to its size and injection weight, we could supply suitable pallet injection molding machine. The pallet injection machine size is between DKM1600-DKM3350 for single-deck pallet mould with light weight and double-deck pallet mould with heavy weight. In order to add the pallet strength, we could put steel inside during pallet molding.
