Plastic pallet production line

For the large plastic parts, such as industrial dust bin, bumper, pallet box, pallet, pipe fittings, according to the part dimension, we need to make large plastic injection mould according to the part design with high tonnage injection molding machine, with enough space for the mould containing, moving stroke to take the part out from the mould and suitable clamping force during injection. With our strong design team, the plastic injection mould and injection machine could be customed according to customer requirement completely.

For the pallet production line, we have experience for both single deck and double deck pallet molding. The pallet mould we designed with fully hot runner mould with optimized cooling system. In order to increase the pallet loading ability, we could use over molding with iron. Consider the heavy plastic part with big size, we suggest use robot to collect the plastic parts. We could supply pallet production line with automatic running.
