Our vegetable crate mould is designed with puller structure during mould opening, could shorten 2s for the total cycle time, which could increase 15% production efficiency with extrem good cooling system. The mould dimension with strictly controlled for the mould thickness, slider dimension,and high quality standard components. For some area, which is hot or difficult to cool fast we will use Cu-Be for the inserts.

According to the crate mould dimension, we will use suitable injection molding machine for the crate production. For example, normal crate size DKM650 ton machine is very popular. During the mould opening, we use cylinder to drive the sliders moving together, we could design the machine with mould open and hydraulic cylinder working together.

Plastic Flip-top Cap Mould China

Wheel Dust Bin Production Equipment China

Wheel dust bin production equipment supplied by Sino Holdings Group in China, we supply not only a mould or a machine, but a fine solution for large size plastic bin mould and also other projects. For the dust bin for industry using, there have 120L, 240L, 360L, 660L, 1100L dust bins with wheels and so on.

For the different size plastic wheel dust bin project, we could make both bin mould, large size injection molding machines and also other necessary additional machines. For example, for 240L wheel dust bin, we use 718H or other good steel material for the mould core and cavity, with Cu-Be at the top of the core insert, the cooling system we pay much attention in order to reduce the cycle time. The dust bin material usually is PP/HDPE, with low MFI for the strength. According to the raw material information, wall thickness of the bin, we could do moldflow for analyzing the dust bin filling.

According to the dust bin weight, capacity and injection molding requirement, we could suggest suitable plastic injection machine. As there have many different size of the dust bin, we need to choose plastic injection molding machine model according to the bin mould conditions. For example, 360L wheel dust bin mould, we suggest use DKM3350 for the injection molding, and it is also OK to produce 240L dust bin if customer plan to invest both size.
