Automatic Vegetable Crate Production Running Line

Sino Holdings Group is a manufacturing company and do exporting directly for plastic injection mould, Injection molding machine, IML robot, Autoloader, chiller and some other necessary additional machines.

Our vegetable crate mould is designed with puller structure during mould opening, could shorten 2s for the total cycle time, which could increase 15% production efficiency with extrem good cooling system. The mould dimension with strictly controlled for the mould thickness, slider dimension,and high quality standard components. For some area, which is hot or difficult to cool fast we will use Cu-Be for the inserts.

According to the crate mould dimension, we will use suitable injection molding machine for the crate production. For example, normal crate size DKM650 ton machine is very popular. During the mould opening, we use cylinder to drive the sliders moving together, we could design the machine with mould open and hydraulic cylinder working together.

Plastic Flip-top Cap Mould China

As a professional flip-top cap mould maker in China, Sino Mould supply multi-cavity flip-top cap moulds with various types design according to customer requirement.We could offer whole injection molding line solution for cap molding with technology support and high speed running.

For a common cap mould, consider it is fast cycling, we have to use stainless steel material with interlock type insert design for the mould core and cavity.With optimized cooling system,we could get the cycle time within 6s for water cap moulds.

For flip-top cap mould,there has some difference for the mould structure and flip top cap product design. For example, for a flip-top cap mould, we must pay attention on the cap closure force design, if it could close and open automatically after reaching a certain angle. There have butterfly design and common design for the flip-top caps. We could use auto-closure design for the flip-top cap mould, after injection molding, we use a structure to close the flip-top cap, then eject it out.
