Paint Bucket Production Line

For the paint pails, consider it belongs to industrial using bucket, have long time shipping and storage, so the paint pails must be strong enough in order to keep the inner side painting oils with good quality and safety.

IML bucket injection molding machine

Sino Mould could make the paint pail mould according to the detail requirement for the final sample testing, we could make improve for the paint bucket design, part wall thickness, bucket fitting with lid, etc. We use 718H, H13 or other good steel material for the paint bucket mould, if the bucket is thin wall with disposable using, usually we suggest use S136 or similar stainless steel with high hardness. We use high precision machine for the paint bucket mould, especially for the multi-cavity bucket mould, we designed with self-lock structure, have wear plate for each cavity, and all the cooling system is well-designed, the whole paint bucket production line could run fast and smooth with our Dakumar high speed injection molding machines.

For the paint pail production line, there include paint pail mould, pail inection molding machine and other necessary additional machines. According to the market demand, we could supply IML robot together for the IML paint bucket molding line, the robot could help send the ready labels into the mould and collect the molding parts and realize the fuly-automatic production line.
