For the industrial trash bin mould, Sino Mould make the bin capacity from 40L to 1100L, we use DIN1.2738, 718H,or other good steel material according to the customer requirement for the mould running life, with hot runner system valve gate or direct cone. The plastic raw material of the dust bin products usually we use HDPE, in order to increase the part strength, we have to use low MFI plastic raw material, so the trash bin mould must with precision tooling and concentric clamping, with suitable wall thickness, we could get qualified dust bin products accordingly.

With our Dakumar  injection molding machine manufacturing, We could supply suitable injection molding machine for trash bin mould. Our large size three platen machine have the following size: DKM850, DKM1150, DKM1350, DKM1650, DKM2000, DKM2600 and DKM3350, it is OK for injection the industrial trash bin size until 360L. The two platen machine is under developing, the present size we have is DKM1000 and DKM2000, especialy suitable for the dust bin moulds with high height and need big open stroke.
