For the plastic pallet size, according to the standard turnover box dimension, the pallet size is also popular with the size like 1000*1200mm, 1000*800mm, 1100*1200mm, 1300*1100mm, etc. The plastic pallet weight size from 5kg to 30kg. The pallet mould size is quite big with the injection machine size around 2000ton to 3000ton.

For the pallet mould, usually we use P20 steel material for the big mould, sometimes customer required 718H, 2316 stainless steel material, it is OK with good mould running life.
