Usually the product is made by ABS, In order to make the part with nice outview, we use the steel material with good polishing, such as 718H, H13, DIN1.2344, DIN1.2316 and so on. The cavity side we use mold temperature controller to heat the mould and control the temperature around 60℃, that could help to improve the part surface and make it shinning.

For the vacuum cleaner mould, the most important is precision tooling, so the part could be fitting very well. Before mould starting, we make complete analyzing for the part assembling in the 3D drawing. Then choose the suitable injection gate location, to make sure the injection gate is not in the out surface, use moldflow to analyzing the injection pressure, shrinkage mark and possible deformation during injection molding. We could start vacuum cleaner mould tooling only if each point analyzing is qualified.
