For the high speed injection molding machine which used for thin wall products, we designed with broadened machine platen, bigger size tie bars and heavy machine bedplate. It is suitable for high speed running with following features:

1. Machine use high precision single cylinder injection system and add an accumulator to realize high speed injection.

2. Machine configure European advanced controller, to precisely control the temperature and location.

3. Use precision servo valve in hydraulic unit, it runs with high precision and response faster.

4. With linear slider in injection unit, it avoids the barrel drop down, make sure the injection is stable and precise.

5. The standard machine can realize mould opening and ejection at the same time; for our hybrid injection molding machine, it could realize the machine three actions parallel running for mould opening, ejection and material charging.

According to the thin wall container molding requirement, the injection molding machine must satisfy the high pressure and high speed injection molding requirement with enough clamping force. With accumulator system, the hydrid injection molding machine could realize 300-450mm/s injection speed.
