For the PET preform mould, with valve gate hot runner system, S136 stainless steel material for mirror polishing, the PET preform could get transparent and nice surface. For the multi-cavity PET preform mould, the manifold design and layout is very important to get balance injection. We suggest the mould cavity with double numbers for balance filling, such as 4cavity, 8cavity, 16cavity, 24cavity, 32cavity, 48cavity, 72cavity and so on.

All the PET preform mould with multi-cavity designed with self-lock system, the mould core,core bushing, cavity, neck split is insert into the mould, which is interchangeable for each cavity. It is very convenient for the mould maintenance. For the PET preform mould, we use high precision lathing machine and cylinder grinding machine for the components tooling, with skillful assembling to make sure the preform mould vertical well, the mould could run fast and smoothly with Dakumar PET injection molding machines.
