For steel material we suggest use H13 or other good steel material with Cu-Be for fast cooling. Using S136 stainless steel material, vacuum quenching and twice tooling process, the thinwall mold core and cavity hardness could reach to HRC45-52, it is suitable for long time fast running. We use high speed milling machine for the mold tooling, the dimension could control well within 0.02mm. With accuracy dimensions and reasonable structure, the mold core and cavity could be parallel verticality, which could make sure the whole line running smoothly.

For the thin-wall container molding machine, we use high-speed injection molding machine- with mold open, ejection and material charging three actions in parallel. The machine configures with accumulator, it could realize 300-400mm/s injection speed. With KeBa controller system, the machine could be controlled precision. With Sino Made thin wall container mold and high speed injection molding machines, the cycle time could get 3s for 4cavity 250ml ice cream container molding line.

How To Choose PET Production Line Device

When you decide to make water bottle project, do you think that buy one suitable set of injection molding machine is ok?

In fact, a PET bottle perform production line is made up by several device. PET injection molding machine is the main equipment, the line also need necessary auxiliary machine. Now we share below points for you to select PET production line machine.

PET is a special material, it’s generally used as raw materials for plastic beverages bottled. But PET is different from normal PP material. PET have large specific heat capacity, so it required high molding temperature. In order to make the temperature easier to reach, we will dehumidifier and dry the original material before injection.

 1.       PET dehumidifier machine
In order to dry the material fully, material dehumidifier is important step before production.If the PET material is not completely dried, the surface of bottle preform will looks blurry. So dehumidifier machine is a vital equipment for PET bottle perform production line.

In general, most PET perform mold is multi-cavity. Before the machine model choice, we should pay attention to the actual weight of bottle perform and hourly consumption. 
Total hourly consumption= (3600/cycle time)* perform weight*mold cavity
For better stability, the theoretical dehumidifier weight of machines should be 1.35 times at least of actual consumption.

2.       Air Dryer
Hot air is used to dry the wet materials that due to moisture absorption during packaging, transportation and recycling cycles. The air dryer model should depend on the injection machine tonnage and hourly consumption. Material loading capacity of dryer equipment also need bigger than the hourly consumption.

3.       Auto loader
When the PET material finished dehumidifier and dry, the auto loader will put it on injection machine for manufacturing. But the points is very important, the pipe of the loader should be high temperature resistance. Ordinary pipes will melt and affect daily production.

4.       Water chiller
Typically, PET bottle perform mold is made by through-hardened steel S136. Once the mold put on machine for mass production, you must to connect water pipe for cooling, otherwise the mold steel is easy to broken.
Water chiller play the role of cooling and shorten the cycle time. The model of chiller should matched with PET injection molding machine tonnage, you could ask the supplier for recommend.

In conclusion, the above four kinds of auxiliary equipment are necessary for PET bottle perform project. Others machine such as mixer, crush, air compress is decided by your demand. If you are not experienced, you can ask the supplier for help and give you suggestion of PET perform device.

How To Make PET Water Bottle

Every day we need to drink a certain amount of water, and we will come into contact with the water bottle. In other words, it’s very commen in our daily life, we can see the PET water bottle at any time and at any place. But do you know how to manufacture the bottle? What the key steps? First of all, you should have a rough concept. The water bottle is made in two key steps and two different crafts. The first process is making PET bottle preform by PET injection molding machine, then the second step is blowing water bottle shape by the blowing device.

PET preform is the basis of the water bottle. The weight, stretch and transparency of the pet preform will affect the bottle effect. So if you have idea to invest the bottle project, you should make sure what volume of bottle you want to produce, 500ml, 1000ml or 2liter. Bottle volume will affect the preform thickness, weight and cycle time. Generally, the larger capacity, the thicker thickness, the larger weight, and the longer cycle time. Maintenance Plastic Injection Mould

In order to ensure the plastic injection mould work normally, smoothly, lower trouble and prolong the using life of machine, user must note to maintain the mould during everyday use.

Sino has rich experience in how to maintain plastic injection mould, since we are not only Chinese famous injection mould supplier, but also injection molding company. We know every detail of mould and molding process so had accumulated rich experience in maintenance plastic injection moulds. Below are our common methods, for your reference:

After finishing mass production, we need to check the mould in a complete inspection.
1. We should check and clean both parting surface, ensure that the cleanness of the mould.

2. Check the mould runner to ensure there is no defective material in the runner.
3. Clean venting-groove.
4. Cleansing cooling channel with PURE & sanitary Liquid, then pulling away leftover by air gun & drying channel via SIROCCO.

While in the daily maintenance, we also need to check the whole parts of the plastic injection molds, like the safety pin, safety screw, side guard and so on.
1. Check and test cooling channel on airproof guard.
2. Measurement of heating system under H.R. Instruction.
3. Ensuring Hydraulic C. moving under proper Conditions and w/o Oil-leak Problem.
4. Adding enough Lubricant for smooth core pulling movements.
5. Make sure lubrication of the sliding mold parts.
6. Measure hydraulic system's pressurization.

Mould storage: after all techniques finished, physical dryness &antirust treatments are required according. Finally, fixing & storing mould under dry conditions.

1.       Material Choosing
For the core&cavity steel, we use S136 stainless steel, original imported from Sweden, it makes your mould maintenance very easy because no need to worry about rust issue even for many years production.
2.       Design
For our bottle preform molds, all the cavity inserts are independently inserted, all the inserts are interchangeable, if any parts damaged, you can easily replace it with new parts. Each mould will work for many years, but sometimes it will happen that core&cavity may broken during production. So its will be very easy to do maintenance
3.       Hot Runner System
We adopt shut off hot runner system for our PET preform moulds. So the preform produced by our moulds will be tail free, no need to cut the tail by hand. And the heating elements we are using are made from Germany.
4.       Cooling System
Our mould adopt integral cooling water channel system. You can see these two big water nozzle on the top. You only need connect cooling water to these two nozzle, which make it very easy you. Also the cooling effect is improved by this way.
5.        Valve Gate System
In new generation preform molds pneumatic activated valve gate system is used. Here, the most important point is standardization of the valve gate pins.
