For the plastic water cap mould, we could make multi-cavity with insert interchangeable design. We supply different production quantity line to different customers all over the world, such as 16cavity, 24cavity, 32cavity, 48cavity, 64cavity, 72cavity, 96cavity cap mould and so on. All the plastic water cap mould are using stainless steel material with good cooling system, it is suitable for high speed running.
For the Dakumar brand high speed cap injection molding machine, according to the mould injection weight, mould dimension, molding time, we could design the machine specially according to the plastic water cap molding requirement, With type A screw, high speed molding machine with suitable model for certain cavity mould. For the water cap, most of the dimension is 25/30mm with seal ring inside, the weight is between 1.6-2g according to the production need. We could make cap design accordingly.
For multi-cavity cap mould, we designed the mould without sliders, We could supply cap slitting machine to get the thief ring cutting.
