Bi-color production line

The attached picture is the bi-color helmet production line we supplied to our customer from South America, Sino Mould design the mould structure and make the mould tooling in our own workshop; Dakumar machinery supply the bi-color injection molding machines, we could also supply the single color injection molding machine with additional injection unit,that type angle injection molding machine could produce multi-color parts. The mould would be designed according to the machine nozzle location and other specifications. With mould and machine manufacturing, we could make sure the production line run well.

Beach chair production line with Dakumar Machine

Dakumar Machinery is a professional manufacturer for plastic injection molding machine, we have the machine size from DKM50ton to DKM4000ton. At present, we have the following machine types:
Hybrid injection molding machine: high speed injection with servo motor power saving, there has an additional servo motor for the material charging,which could realize mould open, ejection and material charging parallel action, suitable for thin wall molding and precision part molding.
Servo/variable pump injection machine: save power consuming.
PET/PVC/PC/PA injection machine: special designed machine for engineering raw material molding.
