For the stacking hanger mould, we make 4+4cavity, with YUDO valve gate hot runner system, H13 steel material which required vacuum temper and twice tooling. For the stacking mould, we also called hambergur mould, according to its name, we could understand it is with multi-decks. The injection gate is from the middle to both side, so the hot runner system design, mould accuracy and mould structure must be well controlled.

Stacking mould could increase the production efficiency, it means we could get double quantity production with same size injection molding machine, which is suitable for the plastic parts with low height, such as petri dish, spoon and hanger stacking mould.
